Amoxicillin being an antibiotic in a group of drugs called penicillins fights bacteria in the body.

Clavulanate potassium is a form of clavulanic acid used to overcome resistance in bacteria that secrete beta-lactamase,rn thereby counteracting possible bacterial resistance to the amoxicillin.

4.  Urinary tract infection (like Skin and soft tissue infections: boils, abscesses, cellulitis, wound infection, intra-abdominal sepsis etc) and
